How long is my HLTAID015 certificate valid for?
Both Provide Advanced Resuscitation HLTAID015 and Provide CPR HLTAID009 components are valid for 1 year and should be refreshed annually
Our Advanced Resuscitation HLTAID015 Training Course is designed to build on skills already acquired with the HLTAID011 (HLTAID003) Provide First Aid certificate. The course has three general areas of focus: appropriate use of complex resuscitation skills, use and care of resuscitation equipment, and appropriate follow up procedures.

Our Advanced Resuscitation Course is delivered and statements of attainment are issued by Training Aid Australia Pty Ltd (RTO No 91411)
Training Aid Australia is approved and accredited by the Australian Skills and Quality Authority (ASQA) to deliver this training course.

Statement of Attainment with:
This course provides participants with the skills and knowledge to safely and effectively perform life-saving resuscitation via the use of Automatic External Defibrillators (AED) devices as well as other resuscitation techniques and mechanical resuscitation devices. It covers legislation and WH&S guidelines, to be sure that participants know and understand the legal consequences of their actions whilst conducting emergency advanced resuscitation.
Provide Advanced Resuscitation training consists of PowerPoint presentation, theory and practical class activities and end of the day assessment.
Statement of Attainment is nationally recognised all across Australia.
This payment method ONLY applies to companies and employment agencies.
A valid Purchase Order / Authority to Invoice MUST be submitted prior to the day of training.

Participants must complete the online pre-study module. It covers the theoretical part of Provide Advanced First Aid training.
The link to the online pre-study will be provided in an activation account email after booking in the course.
STATEMENT OF ATTAINMENT WILL NOT BE ISSUED
if a participant does not complete the online pre-study module.
Possession of a current HLTAID011 or HLTAID003 Provide First Aid certificate is a mandatory requirement.
If you do not have a valid First Aid certificate, please book in Provide First Aid HLTAID011 or obtain it as a part of Provide Advanced First Aid HLTAID014 course before attending Advanced Resuscitation.
ENTRY TO THE COURSE WILL BE REFUSED
if participants do not show a valid First Aid certificate on the day of the training.
From 1 January 2015, every student who undertakes nationally recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET) in Australia is required to have a USI.
STATEMENT OF ATTAINMENT CANNOT BE ISSUED
if a participant fails to produce a valid USI number.
USI can be obtained via www.usi.gov.au
Participants must provide one form of photo I.D. (e.g. passport, Australian driver’s licence, proof of age card, student card).
Please note only an international passport is accepted as an non-Australian document. All other forms of I.D. must be issued in Australia.
STATEMENT OF ATTAINMENT WILL NOT BE ISSUED
if participants do not provide a valid form of I.D.
Participants should arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled starting time of the course to complete the necessary registration paperwork.
ENTRY TO THE COURSE WILL BE REFUSED
if participants arrive 15 minutes after the scheduled starting time.
The basic understanding, reading and writing of English is required.
As part of our pre-training review all students are required to complete an LLN assessment to determine a student’s eligibility for enrolment into their selected course.
All students enrolling into any Edway Training course must have LLN skills to do simple calculations, understand English well enough to be able to read, write, and provide verbal responses to questions in English to undertake training and assessment in any of our courses.
