Refunds, Cancellation and Rescheduling Requests

Refund Policy

  1. General Refund Conditions
    1. Refund Approval
      1. Refunds are issued once approved, reimbursed to the original payment account.
    2. Account Restrictions
      1. Only the original payment account can receive refunds; transfers to other accounts are not permitted.
    3. Processing Time
      1. Refunds typically take 5 to 10 business days to process.
  2. Online and Correspondence Course
    1. No refunds are available after enrolment completion and course material access.
  3. Course Cancellation Refund
    1. Full refund minus a $10.00 processing fee for cancellations over 24 hours before start time.
    2. 50% refund for cancellations less than 24 hours before start time.
    3. No refunds for cancellations on or after the course start date.
  4. Rescheduling and Refunds
    1. Rescheduled courses are ineligible for refunds.
  5. Special Circumstances
    1. Attendance Issues
      1. No refunds for participants who fail to attend without prior notice.
    2. Training Location Errors
      1. No refunds for participants at the wrong location unable to attend on time.
    3. Unsatisfactory Assessment
      1. No refunds for failing to meet assessment standards.
    4. Duplicate Qualification
      1. No refunds for those already holding the same qualification from another RTO.
    5. Failure to Meet Course Requirements
      1. No refunds for not meeting the training requirements such as LLN assessment, ID requirements, or required certifications. Requirements vary from course to course.
  6. RSA/RCG Course Eligibility (NSW Only)
    1. Refunds are not available for individuals ineligible for RSA/RCG NSW courses. Eligibility is restricted to those who have not previously completed RSA/RCG NSW courses or whose RSA/RCG NSW competency card expired more than 28 days ago.
  7. RTO Cancellations
    1. Full refunds are provided for classes cancelled by the RTO.
  8. Request Process for Refunds
    1. Submission Methods
      1. Email: Send refund requests with your details to melbourne@edway.com.au.
      2. Online Form: Complete the refund request form on our Cancellation and Refund Requests page.
    2. Required Information
      1. Include full name, contact details, and course information for processing.
    3. Awaiting Confirmation
      1. Wait for our team’s confirmation and further instructions post-submission.
    4. Phone Requests
      1. Please note that refund requests are not accepted over the phone to ensure accurate processing and documentation.
