Refunds, Cancellation and Rescheduling Requests
Refund Policy
- General Refund Conditions
- Refund Approval
- Refunds are issued once approved, reimbursed to the original payment account.
- Account Restrictions
- Only the original payment account can receive refunds; transfers to other accounts are not permitted.
- Processing Time
- Refunds typically take 5 to 10 business days to process.
- Refund Approval
- Online and Correspondence Course
- No refunds are available after enrolment completion and course material access.
- Course Cancellation Refund
- Full refund minus a $10.00 processing fee for cancellations over 24 hours before start time.
- 50% refund for cancellations less than 24 hours before start time.
- No refunds for cancellations on or after the course start date.
- Rescheduling and Refunds
- Rescheduled courses are ineligible for refunds.
- Special Circumstances
- Attendance Issues
- No refunds for participants who fail to attend without prior notice.
- Training Location Errors
- No refunds for participants at the wrong location unable to attend on time.
- Unsatisfactory Assessment
- No refunds for failing to meet assessment standards.
- Duplicate Qualification
- No refunds for those already holding the same qualification from another RTO.
- Failure to Meet Course Requirements
- No refunds for not meeting the training requirements such as LLN assessment, ID requirements, or required certifications. Requirements vary from course to course.
- Attendance Issues
- RSA/RCG Course Eligibility (NSW Only)
- Refunds are not available for individuals ineligible for RSA/RCG NSW courses. Eligibility is restricted to those who have not previously completed RSA/RCG NSW courses or whose RSA/RCG NSW competency card expired more than 28 days ago.
- RTO Cancellations
- Full refunds are provided for classes cancelled by the RTO.

- Include full name, contact details, and course information for processing.
- Awaiting Confirmation
- Wait for our team’s confirmation and further instructions post-submission.
- Phone Requests
- Please note that refund requests are not accepted over the phone to ensure accurate processing and documentation.
- Submission Methods
