Records Manager
Position Description:
- Designs, implements and administers record systems and policies and procedures to support efficient access, movement, updating, storage, retention and disposal of files and other organisation records
- Coordinate and/or manage Freedom of Information responses

Desirable Qualifications / Experience:
- Appropriate degree, diploma or other post secondary qualification in records management, information management or related fields. Relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualification.
Desired Skills:
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
- Capacity to contribute to effective team outcomes and able to work as part of a team.
- Ability to use initiative and work under broad direction to complete tasks and solve problems.
- Capacity to maintain quality in a high volume demanding environment
- Advanced compute skills (e.g. Microsoft Office)
- Advanced student records management software (VETTRAK) skills
- Proficient level of English
Desired Experience:
- Experience in admin role
- Experience in Records Management role
- Experience in Customer Service role
- Developing policies and procedures
- Liaison with government organisation
Salary:
- This position is full time salary based and negotiable depending on qualifications and experience
Event Organiser
Position Description:
Organisation of Edway Training’s promotional and informational events, in-house training and management conventions and meetings. Position involves venue sourcing and site visits, accommodation and transportation, destination facilities, catering, signage, displays, translation, audio-visual equipment, printing, merchandise and security.
Position Responsibilities:
- Interstate conventions (VIC and NSW)
- Business meetings
- Professional development session events of up to 50 participants
- Information/career expo Events
- Promotional events
- Student and social events on Colleges/Universities
Desired Skills:
- Event Management qualifications
- Excellent English communication skills
- Outstanding time management skills
- Budget management
- Strong event marketing skills
- Australian industry contacts and knowledge
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years experience
Salary:
