Course Overview
As a licensee, approved manager, or club secretary in NSW, your responsibilities extend beyond completing the Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) course. This training equips you with the knowledge to fulfill your legal obligations, remain compliant with liquor laws, effectively manage your business, positively contribute to your community, and minimize alcohol-related harm.
Addressing alcohol misuse is crucial, as it can have significant negative impacts. Implementing harm minimization strategies not only protects your business’s reputation but also ensures legal compliance.
Non-compliance can result in severe penalties, including the loss of your license.

- We are keeping our operations going at a significantly decreased capacity to allow our clients and students to get qualifications to start work during and straight after this crisis passes
We remind all the participants to follow health guidelines:
- Stay home if you feel unwell or recently visited (14 days) areas where COVID-19 is spreading
- If you have a fever, cough and difficulty breathing, seek medical attention and call in advance
