Live sessions are hosted on Zoom by facilitator and co-host.
Online learning materials and assessment activities can be accessed anytime.
You work can be saved online as you go and you can complete your qualification at your own pace within 12 months.
Assessment
Assessment is progressive with multiple assessment tasks to be completed for each unit of competency.
Assessment tasks include project work, training facilitation, written assignments, short answer questions, practical demonstrations and observation of performance in your workplace.
Participants may also be required to video record some assessments outside of the class time.

proposed teaching and assessing area.
Vocational competency is defined as broad industry
knowledge and experience, and may include, but is not limited to, holding a relevant unit of
competency or qualification.

Be 18 or over
Participants must be 18 years or over and will need to provide a government issued I.D. as a proof of age.

LLN (Language, Literacy and Numeracy)
As part of our pre-training review, all students are required to complete LLN indicator to determine a student’s eligibility for enrolment into their selected course.
All students enrolling into any Edway Training course must have LLN skills to do simple calculations, understand English well enough to be able to read, write, and provide verbal responses to questions in English.
If you feel you will require assistance, please ask to speak with a trainer confidentially at enrolment.

USI (Unique Student Identifier)
From 1 January 2015, every student who undertakes nationally recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET) in Australia is required to have a USI.
USI can be obtained via www.usi.gov.au

Basic Microsoft Office skills
Basic proficiency skills with the Microsoft Office (or similar) software are essential to complete activities in the class and assessments.
