Traffic Control Course
Important Update: Changes to Traffic Control Training.
With the introduction of the Temporary Traffic Management (TTM) training scheme, Edway Training has paused delivery of the RIIWHS205E course.
Instead, we now offer TTM courses approved by AUSTROADS and the Department of Transport and Planning Victoria (DoT). These courses are required to perform traffic control duties across various road categories.
If you’re new to the industry, a great starting point is:
Traffic Controller 1 TC1 or
Traffic Controller TC1 & Traffic Management Implementer 1 TMI 1 Combo
For more details, upcoming training dates, and online bookings, visit our TC1 and TC1 TMI1 Combo webpages.
Recognised Prior Learning (RPL)
Are you experienced in traffic control and currently working in the industry? If so, our RPL (Recognised Prior Learning) program is perfect for you!
RPL allows individuals with prior experience and current employment in traffic control to gain their qualifications without needing to complete the full course. This pathway acknowledges your existing skills and work history, saving you time and effort.
For more information about RPL, eligibility requirements, and how to apply, visit our website.
