WHS Requirements in the Construction Industry Course Different From White Card Training

If you are interested in finding work in the construction industry, you probably have questions about the requirements. For instance, you probably heard about the different courses you need to take before you can start working. But is the WHS Requirements in the Construction Industry course just the same as White Card training?

What is WHS Requirements in the Construction Industry Course?

The Apply WHS Requirements in the Construction Industry course is required of all assessors who work in construction. The course teaches participants to identify and assess risks as well as identify hazardous materials and other hazards on worksites. In addition to that, they are taught how to plan and prepare for safe work practices.

So is it the same as White Card training? It is important to remember that the WHS Requirements in the Construction Industry course will not give you the General Construction Induction card. This can only be procured by completing White Card training.

The WHS Requirements in the Construction Industry course is different from White Card training because it is designed for assessors. If you need the General Construction Induction card for work, you need to take the White Card course. Taking the course is the only way to procure the certification.
