Participants must hold CPCCOHS1001A Work Safely in the Construction Industry qualification. Statement of the Attainment or the plastic Construction Induction card (also known as the white card) MUST be presented on the day of training as a proof of qualification.
Please note that the old coloured cards (Victorian red card, NSW green card etc) issued prior to May 2009 CANNOT be used as they do not validate that the person was assessed against CPCCOHS1001A Work Safely in the Construction Industry unit of competency.
ENTRY TO THE COURSE WILL BE REFUSED if participant DOES NOT present current white card.

Previously, however, when we ran training with old course codes, HLTAID001 and HLTAID007 were two separate courses.

Yes, Provide Advanced Resuscitation HLTAID015 training is nationally recognised and accepted in all Australian states.

As a training organisation, we provide only a training and issue a Statement of Training. All cards are issued only by SafeWork NSW. To order a new card, please call SafeWork NSW on 13 10 50 or apply for a replacement online.

Upon successful completion of the course, you will receive a government certificate which is valid for 2 months. You can work straight away, as the certificate is a full equivalent to your plastic card that will be issued by SafeWork NSW and posted to you within 3-4 weeks.

No, only a NAATI accredited Interpreter and Translator are allowed to be in a class with a participant. If you would like to attend a course with an accredited translator, please notify us via email at least 24 hours prior to the course.

All plastic White Cards are issued by a government authority, SafeWork NSW. Usually it takes 3 weeks for a plastic card to be delivered to your postal address. If you didn’t receive your card, you need to contact SafeWork NSW on 13 10 50 to find a postage progress or update your address.

You can complete the RSA course at any age, even under 18 years old as having the photo competency card may be a requirement from your employer. You may not serve alcohol until you are 18 years old however.

If you fail a final assessment, you will have to participate in a course again and complete another test. You will receive an email within 24hrs with the details on how and when you can do a second attempt. Please note that fee applies.

If you card has expired, you need to understake a special L&GNSW online refresher course to update your licence within 28 days.

If you did not update it within this period, you need to do a full RSA course again.

No, it is free of charge. This fee is already included in your course fee. However, you will need to order your competency card by yourself in a Service NSW centre.

No. An expiry date indicates the date after which you cannot sell, serve or supply liquor in any licensed premises using an interim certificate. However, you still can use this certificate to order your competency card in Service NSW center at any time within 5 years of a course completion.

After a successful completion of an RSA course, you will receive an interim RSA certificate via email within 24hrs. Take this certificate along with 100 points of I.D. (see details on the certificate) to the nearest Service NSW centre to order your competency card. Then a card will be sent to you via post.

There is no age requirement for attending an RCG training. However, you are not allowed to work in the gaming and gambling industry until you are 18 years old.

If you were unsuccessful in RCG test, you will have to attend a full course once again. You will receive an email notification within 24 hrs with information on how and when you can participate in a class (an extra change is applied for taking a second attempt).

You do not need to attend a face-to-face training if your RCG competency card expired less than 28 days ago. Your licence can be renewed online by completing a L&GNSW refresher course. However,  if you did not update your licence within this period, you need to do a face-to-face course once again. Please find the details on how to renew your card on a Service NSW website.

 

 

No. A course price includes a fee for your competency card. All you need to do is just take an interim certificate and 100 points of I.D. and apply for an RCG competency card in any Service NSW centre.

If your certificate is expired you are not allowed to work using this certificate. To continue working in the gaming industry you must hold an RCG competency card. Even if the certificate is expired, you can still use it to apply for the competency card in Service NSW centre

After a successful completion of the training, an interim RCG certificate will be emailed to you within 24 hrs. Then, you will need to apply for a competency card by yourself within the next 90 days. Take the certificate along with 100 points of I.D. (find the details on the certificate) to the closest Service NSW office. A plastic card will be posted to your residential address.

Our course is a Standard MHFA course that is designed for adult people assisting adults only.

After a completion of a MHFA course, participants opt to undertake an online assessment if they want to become an accredited Mental Health First Aider. To keep your accreditation, you need to take a refresher course every 3 years.

No. Some components that need to be assessed in order for you to pass the First Aid course are practical activities and cannot be done online.

Provide First Aid HLTAID011 training is recognised and accepted Australia wide.

A white card is one of the requirements for this course that you will need to sight to your trainer. Also you will need to have personal protective equipment (PPE) with you on a practical part (the second day of the training).You are required to bring: Hard Hat, Steel-Capped Boots, Hi Vis Vest, Safety Gloves, Protective eyewear.

Yes, you can work on any excavator since working principles are similar among all excavators with different tonnage.

No. Online CPR course does not include practical exercises that are a mandatory component of the training to obtain a qualification.

Yes, Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation HLTAID009 training is nationally recognised.

Apart from Provide First Aid in an Education and Care Setting HLTAID012, it also includes Provide First Aid HLTAID011, Provide Basic Emergency Life Support HLTAID010 and Provide CPR HLTAID009

Yes, you can use your Childcare First Aid certificate in different states.

Provide First Aid in an Education and Care Setting HLTAID012 training is recognised and accepted Australia wide.

Although HLTAID006 was superseded by HLTAID014, an old course code is still valid for 3 years since completion of the course. You will need to update it, once it is about to expire.

After a completion of an Advanced First Aid training, you will get four qualifications:

  • HLTAID014 – Provide Advanced First Aid
  • HLTAID011 – Provide First Aid
  • HLTAID010 – Provide basic emergency life support
  • HLTAID009 – Provide CPR

Yes, you can use an Advanced First Aid certificate across Australia, since it is a nationally recognised training.
